Direct debit

Direct debit is the easiest way to pay every bill on time, automatically, from a nominated bank account or credit card. You'll still receive a paper bill or eBill so you'll know how much will be deducted and have time to query it if you need to. Card payments have a 0.4% processing fee, but there's no fee if you direct debit from your bank account.

Visit our Bill payment page to use either of these methods.

Credit or debit card

Pay your bill quickly and securely online anytime using your card. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards and debit cards. Card payments have a 0.4% processing fee. The fee will appear on your next bill.

Pay your bill quickly and securely through PayPal. Card payments usually have a 0.4% processing fee, but there’s no fee for card or bank account payments through PayPal.

With BPAY , you can make one-off payments or schedule recurring payments on dates that suit you. Simply make sure you have enough cash in your account on the scheduled date. There’s no fee for using a credit or debit card through BPAY.
