Interruptions and repairs: what to expect
We try to limit planned interruptions to less than 5 hours at a time. This may be extended to up to 7 hours for complex site works or to reduce the number of times your supply is interrupted.
Residential customers should get at least 2 days' written notice of a planned interruption. Non-residential customers should get at least 7 days' written notice, unless they agree to another period.
If we need to do unplanned repairs, we'll restore the service as quickly as possible.
You may be eligible for service rebates if your services are affected by interruptions or reduced quality.
