We partner with communities throughout Greater Sydney to sponsor events and activities. These collaborations help us educate people about water, wastewater, and our environmental responsibilities. We welcome your suggestions for new opportunities.
We're thrilled to be in partnership with Sydney Zoo, one of Western Sydney's most beloved attractions, which draws over one million visitors each year. Located in the heart of Greater Sydney, the zoo is a key destination for visitors from across our areas of operation. This partnership offers us a unique chance to engage with the community and share important messages about water literacy and water conservation, including their connection to wildlife and environmental preservation.
Working together, we want to empower zoo visitors to take action by saving water or making eco-friendly choices at home. Our goal is to inspire real-world change that can protect our animals and their habitats. We're excited about this collaboration, as it strengthens our commitment to sustainability, helps us to create a positive legacy, and underscores our dedication to caring for the environment.
For over 3 decades, The Wiggles, the world's most beloved children's entertainment group, has not only entertained and educated millions of preschoolers (and their parents) globally but also consistently infused important educational messages into their vibrant performances. Today, The Wiggles resonate deeply with generations; those who grew up enjoying their tunes now share this joy with their children. The Wiggles dominate preschool entertainment, with over 30 million albums and DVDs, 8 million books sold worldwide, over 2 billion music streams, and 3 billion YouTube views. Their live shows sell out across 3 continents, and their videos reach audiences in over 190 countries.
In a significant move to advocate for environmental responsibility, The Wiggles have teamed up with Sydney Water to launch a vibrant awareness campaign focused on water conservation. This collaboration harnesses The Wiggles' global appeal and ability to connect with children and families through catchy tunes and colourful performances. Together, Sydney Water and The Wiggles are setting a precedent for how creative collaborations can effectively promote critical issues like water stewardship. Their joint efforts aim to instil lasting habits of responsible water usage, demonstrating the profound impact of combining entertainment with advocacy for a sustainable future.

We're pleased to be able to lend our portable water refill stations to councils for community events.
We want to make affordable drinking water available for everyone, even when they're away from home. Our portable water refill stations also reduce the need to buy water in plastic bottles, protecting the environment.
If you're a council or community organisation interested in borrowing portable water refill stations, book here or find out more.
Bring your own drink bottle and refill it at approved community events.
We often lend a hand when disaster strikes.
Our fundraising and donations program helps staff give back to causes and charities close to their hearts.
For the payroll donations last year the figure was $173,000 which included payroll donations and matched giving by us.
There are times when we help with disaster relief or emergency situations. This may mean:
We work proactively with communities to identify sponsorship opportunities that deliver value for money and benefit our customers.
Grassroots community and charity groups can apply for community grants.
We only produce enough merchandise for specific events because we're conscious of our environmental footprint. This means we're generally unable to provide items for show bags or giveaways.
