Managing a deceased estate

Notify us online

When an account holder dies, we need certain information and supporting documents before we have the authority to make changes on their account. You can provide these using the form below. We'll be in touch to discuss next steps in around 10 days.

If you prefer, you can use the Australian Death Notification Service. This lets you notify multiple organisations online that someone has died so their accounts can be closed or transferred.
