We're delivering an on-site treatment hub for Celestino's Sydney Science Park development.
We're partnering with developer Celestino, to establish Western Sydney's first large-scale commercial application of integrated water and recycling services.
This $5 billion project will recycle wastewater for commercial use, construction and watering public spaces. Initially, it will produce 1.2 million litres of recycled water daily, enough for about 10,000 people. Over time, it will double its capacity to 2.4 million litres per day. This project aims to create a model for future developments in Western Sydney.
This project will help make Western Parkland City a cooler and greener place to live and work. Our partnership with Celestino will provide reliable and sustainable water services to Sydney Science Park and test new smart technologies for the future.
We will do our best to minimise the impact of this project on the surrounding area. The construction site is located away from Luddenham Road and is not near any residential areas, so we expect minimal disruption to the community. We will inform residents and the local community of any construction activities that might affect them.
Please view our April newsletter providing the construction update.
We've engaged Guidera O'Connor to construct a wastewater treatment plant for the Sydney Science Park development on land adjacent to your property.
