New-look website

It's nearly here

In the next few days, you'll see that our website has had a facelift. It might take a minute to get used to it. We hope you like it.

Why the website's changing

Refreshing the website is part of our continuous improvement project.

It's important that you can find the information you need to engage with your water utility online, whether you're a homeowner or tenant, business, builder, developer or a business partner. So, we've responded to feedback from customers – and observation – telling us our website should be easier to navigate and more useful. In short, a better customer experience.

The new-look website will provide clearer access to the information you need. And, of course, you can still self-serve 24/7, so you don't have to wait until business hours to make a phone call.

What we're aiming for

The new format may look different, but all the information from our current website is here, except it's more accessible.

  • Fresh new mobile-friendly look
Pages will be easier to scan, so it's easier to find what you need on your desktop or mobile device.
  • Less duplication
Information previously appearing on multiple pages has been removed or combined, so you know you're in exactly the right place for what you need.
  • More intuitive
We've simplified and reorganised sections so information will be presented more clearly.
  • A homepage that's right for you
Whether you're a resident, business or builder-developer, you'll be able to save the homepage that's most relevant to you. This means faster access to the information and services you use most.

At first, you may find broken links, and bookmarks for your favourite pages may not work. Just use 'Search' to help you find what you need, and bookmark your favourite pages again.

No changes to My Account
We haven't changed the My Account portal. Customers and managing agents can continue to make payments, access bills, go paperless, securely update payment details, view payment and billing history, and get free financial statements just like before.
