Listed providers must meet our criteria at all times. We may remove providers who do not meet these standards.
Training you must complete
Your capabilities show the type of work you are approved to do. These are based on the training and experience of your key personnel.
If you need training, refer to the units of competency in our provider training requirements.
Important
You must develop your own safety plans and safe work method statements in accordance with the NSW Work Health & Safety Regulation 2011. Our Confined space safety procedure is a guide only.
Criteria you must meet
To stay on our list, you must:
- hold current third-party certification by an independent Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) registered certification company to AS/NZS ISO 9001, and your quality management system must:
– be documented
– include a product-specific quality plan
– cover all warranties, activities and services you provide. - plan and implement safety and environmental requirements
- show satisfactory ongoing performance, based on our regular reviews
- employ trained and experienced key staff that meet our provider training requirements
- complete at least 2 jobs each year
- hold the required insurance for the work you are approved to perform
- follow our provider instructions and standards and specifications, including:
– Developer works deed (standard terms)
– Listed provider scheme management policy
– Code of business ethics for listed providers - not be insolvent, under administration or in receivership.
We're accepting applications for field testers
You must have NATA accreditation for the required tests or inspections. Once accredited, email providerservices@sydneywater.com.au.
We're not accepting applications for other listed providers.
