Certain companies and qualified professionals have been approved to work on our infrastructure. If your project includes constructing, connecting to or modifying our existing assets, you may need to engage one or more of these providers.
Manage your approvals
Coordinate your project with a water servicing coordinator (WSC). WSCs are accredited to manage the approval process, including preparing applications and designs, coordinating construction works, carrying out inspections, and certifying compliance with our requirements. Engage a WSC early to help your project progress efficiently and avoid delays.

- Construct new water, wastewater or stormwater pipes with a constructor (major works).
- Construct new wastewater pipes up to 12 metres long with a constructor (minor works).
- Test new water, wastewater or stormwater pipes with a field tester.
- Locate existing pipes and obtain pegout information from a service protection reporter.
- Install a new water service connection with a water service connection driller.
