We are a statutory State Owned Corporation, wholly owned by the NSW Government, and have been  operating since 1888. We operate under the Sydney Water Act 1994. Our Portfolio Minister is the Hon. Rose Jackson MLC, Minister for Water. Our shareholder ministers are the Treasurer and the Minister for Finance.
