      Have you conducted a hidden leak test?

      We recommend that you do a hidden leak test. It helps confirm eligible leaks and avoid extra charges.

      Before I submit the form, can you confirm that you agree to the following:

      • The leak investigation costs $450 for the first hour, which includes the technician's time and use of special equipment. If it takes longer than an hour, a fee of $130 will be charged for each additional 30 minutes.
      • If no hidden leak is found or if the leak is clearly visible, a $260 callout fee will still be charged. In these cases, you'll need to hire a licensed plumber to fix the problem.
      • The leak detection service does not include solar hot water systems inside the roof, faulty rainwater pumps inside tanks or irrigation systems. If any of these are the likely cause, the callout fee of $260 still applies.
      • Once the location of the hidden leak is found, the technician will explain what is wrong and talk through the repair options. They will provide you with a quote before commencing repairs. Repairs will only go ahead with your approval and may cost extra.
      • If the total cost is over $400, you can choose to spread payments over 4 bills. This option is available to all customers, including those paying the $450 investigation fee.
