Now that you've requested alerts, we'll contact you if your property is affected by an interruption. In the meantime, you can check the current water supply and service updates for your property.

Interruptions and repairs: what to expect

  • We try to limit planned interruptions to less than 5 hours at a time. This may be extended to up to 7 hours for complex site works or to reduce the number of times your supply is interrupted.
  • Residential customers should get at least 2 days written notice of a planned interruption. Non-residential customers should get at least 7 days written notice, unless they agree to another period.
  • If we need to do unplanned repairs, we'll restore the service as quickly as possible.
