Identify the cause of the waste
If the desktop assessment reveals your site has high water usage, we'll provide a more detailed analysis through online monitoring and an on-site audit.
24/7 online monitoring
Online monitoring gives you:
- a weekly report of your water usage performance
- ability to instantly detect baseline water usage data, which may indicate a concealed leak
- easy export of data to other systems for further analytics.
We'll analyse results to identify immediate opportunities to save water, and verify any water savings achieved when you undertake your own works. We may recommend replacing a faulty water meter or carrying out a concealed leak inspection.
Professional on-site audit
One of our inspectors can also assess all areas of your site where water is used, like:
- washrooms, including taps, toilets and showers
- kitchens, including commercial kitchens
- laundries
- swimming pools, gyms and spas
- cooling towers
- boiler rooms and other hot water systems
- irrigation systems, rainwater tanks and water features.
We'll provide a comprehensive report about our findings. We may recommend installing new equipment, upgrading specific fixtures or other water-saving solutions.
Get an obligation-free proposal and quote
Once we know the issues, we'll propose a step-by-step plan and obligation-free quote to make your site water efficient. It will cover:
- leak repairs, fitting replacements and installing water-efficient devices
- replacing faulty or inefficient systems, including taps, toilets, urinals and showers
- repairing and optimising rainwater harvesting systems
- repairs to cooling towers and hot water systems

Case study: Shopping centre fixes major leak
Grove Square – The Hills is a major community shopping destination in Baulkham Hills. By analysing the centre's water consumption data, the WaterFix Commercial team identified unusually high water use, which indicated a potential concealed leak.
After an initial site inspection in April 2025, we recommended a specialised leak investigation. The investigation located a major hidden leak. Repairing the leak significantly reduced water wastage across the centre.
Grove Square achieved immediate water savings of over 19,000 litres per hour.
- This equates to more than 166 million litres of water each year – enough water to fill more than 66 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
- Annual cost savings are more than $500,000.
