You can now get an electronic bill by registering for eBill.
It's quick and easy to register.
eBill just changes the way you get your bill, not how you pay it. You can still pay your bill the way you did before.

If you've already registered for eBill, simply log in to add a property, change your details and more.
If you'd like electronic bills instead of paper ones, you first need to register. You just need your latest paper bill to begin.
Once you're set up, we'll send your bills by email, straight to your inbox. You can log in at any time to see your past bills, pay bills and more.
Your water supply may be interrupted for a few reasons.
You can change or cancel your Direct Debit arrangement online at any time.
You can also cancel your arrangement through your bank or financial institution directly.
Please remember to tell us too so we don't try to take the payment from your account.
