We give pension rebates on fixed service charges to eligible pensioners who own and occupy their home.
How will this impact your bills?
Your bills will remain among the lowest water bills in the country, with an $80 or 7% decrease for an average household in 2020-21. This is about a $20 decrease in quarterly bills. If dams drop below 60%, an average household bill would rise by 7% or around $80 (compared to 2019-20 bills).
You pay this fixed charge for your connection to our water supply. Our service charges apply each quarter, but are calculated using a daily rate. The July and October quarters have 92 days, January has 90 days and April has 91 days. The charges below are for the maximum 92 day quarter.

Sydney Olympic Park recycled water service
If you live in the Sydney Olympic Park area and have recycled water, you pay a fixed charge each quarter. This is for your connection to the recycled water service. We collect this money for the Sydney Olympic Park Authority.

The charges below are for the maximum 92 day quarter.

Stormwater drainage charge
You pay this fixed charge if you live in the Rouse Hill area. The charge helps maintain the waterways and wetlands used to drain stormwater.

Land charge
You pay this fixed charge if you connect a property in the Rouse Hill area to our services after 1 July 2012. The charge helps buy the floodways and flood-prone land that become part of the stormwater drainage system.

If your financial institution declines your bill payment, we’ll charge you a fee. We'll also charge you their fee if they pass it to us.
If you don’t pay your bill by the due date, we may charge you a late payment fee or interest. Once the interest charged is more than the fee, we'll charge interest instead.
