Apply for a remotely read meter

Simply fill out the form below to apply for your new meter. 

If you don’t have a meter or you can't fill out the form, simply email meters@sydneywater.com.au and we’ll let you know the cost.

What you need to know 
  • We'll add the cost of the meter to your bill. This is after we install it.
  • You'll pay to repair or replace this meter if it's damaged.
  • You'll leave this meter in place if you sell the property.
  • You'll pay higher service charges if your business owns a strata unit with a shared meter. This is because it will now have its own meter. Find out the prices you'll pay for each service charge under prices for your business
