Engaging with customers

Our Customer Council and Business Customer Forum help us engage with organisations that represent different types of customers.

The roles and responsibilities of the Customer Council and Business Customer Forum are set out in charters. These have been jointly drafted by Sydney Water and members.

Customer Council

Our Customer Council includes key organisations that represent our customers. We seek members' advice and feedback on a range of products and projects. The Council meets four times a year.

Business Customer Forum

This forum helps us engage with business and industry and exchange information with peak organisations.
