Direct Debit

Don't wait in queues to make a payment. Don't worry about whether you've paid your Sydney Water bill again.

Save time

Use Sydney Water's Direct Debit payment service and your bills will be paid - automatically. Your bank, building society or credit union will deduct the total bill from your account, on the due date, or you can choose equal, monthly amounts, to even out your payments.

No hassles

You'll still receive your Sydney Water bill as usual so you have time to contact us before the payment date if you have any queries about your bill. (Any bill that is currently unpaid will need to be settled by normal payment methods as Direct Debit will only apply from the next bill).

No processing fees or charges

Sydney Water does not apply processing fees and charges. However, fees may apply if there are insufficient funds in your account to pay the bill.

Direct Debit payment is not available on Credit Card Accounts.
