To disconnect from our water and / or sewer service(s) please complete an Application form - unconnected properties or disconnection of services (PDF - 33KB) . Properties that disconnect from our services in the approved manner will no longer be charged for those services.
To apply for a sewer overflow connection or a fire service connection, please complete the application form (PDF - 32KB) .

You can pay your bill online by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). It's secure and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can also change your account's postal address, or register a complaint.
