Sydney Water's head office is located at One Smith Street, Parramatta.

As greater Sydney's water provider, we lead by example in best practice sustainable design (PDF - 1347KB) . Our corporate head office building features water and energy efficiency and recycling.

The building is designed to achieve a five-star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR – now NABERS Energy Rating) and Green Building Council of Australia Green Star Scheme (office v2 rating). The Green Star rating signifies Australian excellence in sustainable building design and construction.

One Smith Street is also designed to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 30% and reduce drinking water use by 75% compared to a typical office building.

Sydney Water is part of the Parramatta community and supports the local economy, offering employment opportunities in Sydney's west.
