Water quality testing and monitoring takes place at various stages of the storage and distribution process to ensure that water quality guidelines are met.
Water samples are taken regularly from within the catchment areas, before and after water is treated and from pipes which transport water to your home. The laboratories which carry out all testing are certified to international standards. Results are reviewed by NSW Health.
