NSW Health continues to closely monitor all water quality results. Sydneysiders will be notified immediately should there be any risk to public health.
How to read these results
The results above show the actual number of Cryptosporidium and Giardia organisms found in the test sample.
For example 0/100L means there were no organisms found in a 100 litre sample of water.
Sydney Water is required to test for Cryptosporidium and Giardia in a sample of at least 100 litres of water for each of the locations listed above. All testing is carried out by a laboratory accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA).
