As part of WaterFix, we will install a new 4-star rated, water efficient dual flush toilet. The entire suite (pan and cistern) will be installed and you will be provided with a Completion of Work report, explaining the work done.
You can make a one off payment or split the cost over four bills.
A call-out charge of $100 is applied to all WaterFix appointments.

Standard toilets
There are two standard toilet models. They have a simple design with a vitreous china pan. A standard toilet installation costs $415, which includes the $100 call-out fee. Installation of additional standard toilets will cost $315 each if requested at the original booking.

Mid-range toilet
The mid range toilet has a contemporary design with a high quality detachable seat and concealed, smooth pan for easy cleaning. A mid range toilet and installation costs $560, which includes the $100 call-out fee. Installation of additional mid-range toilets will cost $460 each if requested at the original booking. |

Premium toilet
The premium toilet has a sleek and elegant design. It includes a close-coupled contemporary pan. The high quality seat has stainless steel hinges. A premium toilet and installation costs $720, which includes the $100 call-out fee. Installation of additional premium toilets will cost $620 each if requested at the original booking. |

Skew pan toilet
The skew pan toilet is a simple design with a vitreous china cistern and pan. A skew pan toilet and installation costs $820, which includes the $100 call-out fee. Installation of additional skew pan toilets will cost $720 each if requested at the original booking. |

Other important things you need to know
Your choice of toilet can be affected by:
- the position of your toilet outlet pipe
- the position of your water inlet tap
- the distance from the centre of the waste pipe to the wall or floor.
Once we have installed your new 4-star toilet, you will not be able to sit on it for 24-48 hours. The new toilet and its plumbing connections are fragile. The cement needs to harden before any weight is put on the toilet.
Please note that if your toilet has an S, P or skew pan connection your toilet can only be replaced by a toilet with the same connection type.
The new toilet cistern may be smaller than your existing cistern.
