Let Sydney Water's qualified plumber help you use the right amount of water in your home.

As part of our new WaterFix Program, we offer five services:

We'll work around you

Our qualified plumbers can WaterFix your home between 7 am and 6 pm on weekdays and between 8 am and 4 pm Saturdays.

Please note that a Saturday surcharge of $35 applies.

Depending on your requirements you can choose one service, a combination of services or all services offered as part of WaterFix.

WaterFix service charges are as follows:

Single-flush toilet adjustment or Showerhead installation only:
Installation of one cistern weight in single flush toilet fixture or adjustment of suitable toilet to reduce the amount of water it dispenses

Supply and installation of a 3-star rated showerhead from the standard range
OR

Standard toilet:

  1. If you want to have your toilet replaced, check if your water inlet tap is:
    1. Higher than your toilet seat
    2. Lower than your toilet seat.
    Check the pictures above if you are unsure what an inlet tap is.
  2. Register by phoning (toll-free) 1800 807 475 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Or register online. Sydney Water will then phone you to confirm your requirements and make an appointment.
