Hospitality training DVDs

About 30% of the water supplied to hotels and clubs is lost through leaks. Keeping leaks under control is the cheapest and easiest way to be water wise.

Sydney Water has produced 3 DVDs to train and encourage staff in the hospitality industry to report leaks. Together, they provide a quick guide to water efficiency. They include details of the free and subsidised Sydney Water program to improve your water efficiency. There are interviews with hotel and club staff about what they do to reduce water use.
