Payment and collection of tender documents
Purchase of eTender documents
Visit Sydney Water's eTendering website to purchase and obtain your copy of the Tender documents. These can be paid for by Mastercard or Visacard.
Sydney Water's City Customer Centre is able to accept cash or cheque payment for eTender documents but it is not able to provide you with the Tender documents. These will be subsequently sent to the email address you provide. These documents are only available electronically.
Purchase of non-eTender (hard-copy) documents
Documents not available through the eTender website can be obtained from the Sydney Water's City Customer Centre. The City Customer Centre will:
- Accept payments made by cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visacard.
- Accept pre-payments by cheque by mail or direct payment in person or courier. If sent by mail cheques are required to be payable to Sydney Water Corporation and addressed to the attention of City Customer Centre.
- Accept pre-payments by Mastercard or Visacard over the phone from prospective tenderers (purchasers).
- Require prospective tenderers to make their own arrangements for the pickup of the documents within 2 business days.
