Reduce your water use by about 21,000 litres of water a year by participating in WaterFix.
From just $221 you get up to $180 worth of plumbing services. A qualified plumber will visit your home to install water saving devices, including a water efficient showerhead. You can save up to $66 in water and energy costs each year.
Our qualified plumbers can WaterFix your home any time from 7am to 8pm weekdays and 8am to 2pm Saturdays. There's no waiting around because we guarantee a half-hour appointment window.
Take a look at the Basic and Premium Range of showerheads and choose your favourite. Your one off $221 payment includes one showerhead from the Basic Range. If you choose a showerhead from the Premium Range, the program will cost $661. Or we can simply convert your existing one by placing a flow regulator inside the showerhead.
Simply register online. Sydney Water will then phone you to make an appointment. You can also register by phoning (toll-free) 1800 995 886 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm Saturday.
WaterFix charges will appear on your landlord's bill. Be sure to download a letter template (DOC - 40KB) asking your landlord for permission to take part in WaterFix.
A special offer is available to large households with six or more residents. For more details please visit Large Households.
