Evergreen sprawling climber or scrambler (3m) from SA; Vic; ACT; NSW (including Sydney Cumberland Plain and Hawkesbury Sandstone); Qld & Tas. Soft often furry pale green leaves. Pendulous cream tubular flowers most of the year followed by fleshy edible green fruit. Useful climber for a light support; understorey for eucalypts or effective groundcover in an open area. Bird attracting. Prefers well drained soil in full to partial sun. Frost and drought tolerant.
