Engaging with customers

Our Customer Council helps us engage with organisations that represent different types of customers.

The roles and responsibilities of the Customer Council are set out in charters. These have been jointly drafted by Sydney Water and members.

We're committed to listening to our customers' needs to improve our services.

Customer Council members

Our Customer Council includes key organisations that represent our customers. We seek members' advice and feedback on a range of products and projects. The Council meets four times a year.

Current members are:
