To make an online purchase, you must:

All applications are property based.  You must ensure you've selected the correct property.

When ordering goods or services online using a credit card, you agree that you’re the authorised user of the card and that the information you provide is true and accurate.  

We’ll calculate your order total based on your application. All prices are in Australian Dollars and, if GST applies, inclusive of GST. We limit cash payment limits to a total order value of $15,000.

A contract between you and us for the purchase of goods or services is only formed when your credit card payment has been accepted.

We reserve the right to reject an order solely at our discretion.

We’ll refund application fees to you within 30 days of purchase if:

  • we’ve over charged you
  • you’ve duplicated your order.


We’ll process refunds within seven working days to the same card used for the original payment.

We won’t refund if you’ve selected the wrong property or the wrong product.
