• Sydney Water Regulation 2011

This Regulation makes provision with respect to the following:

1. the regulation of access to the Prospect Reservoir controlled area
2. the performance of plumbing or drainage work, including the requirement for a permit to do such work, the remedying of defective work and the giving of certificats of compliance
3. the imposition of restrictions on the use of water
4. the offences for which penalty notices may be given
5. repeals, savings and formal matters.

This Regulation is made under the Sydney Water Act 1994, including sections 50, 75(d) and 106 (the general regulation-making power).
