On 29 March 2010, Sydney Water's Plumbing Inspection and Assurance Service (PIAS) transferred to NSW Fair Trading, as part of a statewide reform of plumbing in NSW. To learn more go to www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au.

PIAS at NSW Fair Trading will continue to offer audit inspections and provide technical information to the plumbing industry.

All other services will remain the same at Sydney Water.
