Management system access - BMIS

Sydney Water runs different ISO management systems that are independently certified. Sydney Water’s Business Information Management System (BMIS) administers these systems electronically.

BMIS is available via this website and you can log in via the link below to access it.

External service providers, contractors and other agencies must use this system to provide and receive up-to-date information for management assurance.

BMIS - External System

BMIS contains interlinked databases that capture the following information:

  • audit schedules and reports
  • action requests (non-conformities, improvement opportunities)
  • inspection schedules and reports
  • alerts and responses (immediate corrective action records)
  • document control and help.
To access these databases and related information, you must first register for a BMIS accountas a new user via the link below. You will receive a password when the registration is successful.

Once registered, log into BMIS and follow the prompts to find the information required. Use “Help” and “How to” menus for more information and guidance on how to use the system.
