North West Growth Centre overview
The North West Growth Centre (NWGC) is within the boundaries of The Hills Shire, Blacktown and Hawkesbury Councils. The New South Wales Government has announced the release of the first release precincts and its intention to release the second release precincts. The NWGC is made up of 16 precincts:
