Service Location Print A plan of Sydney Water services and connection points for an area. $22.00 $11.00*

BOS/BAS Letter A letter from Sydney Water regarding a building's compliance with Sydney Water's standards and regulations for building over (BOS) or adjacent (BAS)to a sewer. $32.00 $32.00*

Sect. 88G Certificate Request by a customer for a statement of outstanding charges, payable to Sydney Water by the registered proprietor of the land. $37.00 (GST inclusive) $37.00*(GST inclusive)

Special Meter Read Request by a customer for a water meter reading, when a property is sold or there is a change of tenancy. $28.50 $28.50*

* The prices charged by Sydney Water are fixed by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART). An administration fee is also charged by Property Link brokers. A slightly higher fee may be payable for credit card transactions.

There are two ways of buying these products online through a Property Link broker.

Paying by credit card
If you just want to buy the occasional diagram or certificate online, two Property Link brokers have the facility to enable you to do this and pay by credit card.

As an account customer
If you are a frequent purchaser of Sydney Water's certificates or diagrams, you can buy these through any one of Sydney Water's Property Link brokers by setting up an ongoing account with them.
