Making a claim for loss or damage

Sydney Water takes great care in ensuring that its operations do not have a negative impact on the safety and wellbeing of the community.

However, if you wish to make a claim for bodily injury and/or loss or damage to your property arising from Sydney Water's business activities there is a process in place that allows you to do this.
