A free telephone interpreter service is available by calling 13 14 50. This service operates between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. This service can assist in providing information on:

• customer accounts
• assistance with paying water bills
• financial assistance programs
• how to save water and reduce bills
• water wise rules.
