A free telephone Interpreter Service is available by calling 13 20 90. This service operates between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. This service can provide information on:

how to save water and reduce bills
water restrictions
Any information provided by our customers will remain confidential. If an interpreter in a specific language is not immediately available, Sydney Water may arrange to use an outside telephone interpreter service.
