We understand that sometimes people experience financial difficulty. To help our customers, Sydney Water can offer you flexible ways to pay your bills, financial assistance, support services as well as information on how to save water and reduce costs.

Interpreter Service

Sydney Water provides a free telephone Interpreter Service for customers who require information in languages other than English. You can phone this service on 13 14 50.

Water Wise Rules replace drought restrictions. Water Wise Rules are simple, common sense actions that apply to all Sydney Water customers in Sydney, the Illawarra and the Blue Mountains. Find out more.
