The Sydney Water Industry Experience program has given me the opportunity to develop my skills in multiple professional areas including teamwork and problem solving that are necessary to function within a corporate engineering environment. The Sydney Water Industry Experience program has been an excellent development opportunity for an engineering student like myself. I have been working on complex yet interesting projects for the duration of my time with Sydney Water. This program has provided me with vital exposure to the many facets of engineering projects from effective planning, design and change management.

I have been able to stretch my abilities and facilitate my growth in both theoretical, but more importantly practical knowledge.

The inter-departmental overlap between the various business units within Sydney Water provides opportunities to work across a number of projects to enhance understanding in a wide array of fields.
