Sydney Water's Graduate Program offers learning and development opportunities by combining rotational placements, formal training and coaching over two years. Graduates have the opportunity to work in varying discipline areas, a range of locations and on a diverse variety of projects.
The program was developed to provide a pool of future professionals whose ideas, knowledge and skills will shape the future of the organisation.
The program has two key elements:
- A multidisciplinary two year program involving on the job experience through a series of rotational placements
- Skill development by participating in personal development and career building courses.
Sydney Water aims to:
- enrich each graduate's knowledge and skills in their own area of professional interest
- create a foundation for graduate careers by providing additional training and scope for movement within other discipline areas.
