These documents provide guidance for both Sydney Water staff and Developers needing to acquire easements and/or land on behalf of Sydney Water for infrastructure purposes. The Guidelines are to be followed by persons using the older manual and/or new electronic urban development processes. The Guidelines outline:
- when an easement or land is required
- relevant requirements and conditions, and
- how to progress acquisition
