The external production costs for the Annual Report are about $58,000. Costs during 2008–09 include:

• photography about $2,000
• proofreading about $3,100
• design and production of the Annual Report Summary about $3,000
• printing of 1,025 of the Annual Report Summary $5,900
• design and production of the online Annual Report about $44,800.
